From a Medical professional to launching, constructing and operationalizing a 5-star luxury brand of Hyatt in Goa in the year 2013, Nirav has clearly broken conventional wisdom to deliver a feat few have done at an impressionable age of 26. With 23 years of experience in setting up various business ventures and Nirav’s interests in the family business with over 23 Group companies, he brings on board a critical advantage of advising Clients on finance and operations management.
Binoy Sreedhar
Director
Binoy Sreedhar brings a myriad range of experience from industrial heavy engineering sector to design, construction & operations of hospitality and other commercial, IT & residential facilities. Building ingenuity in design, planning and project cost control forms an indelible part of his contribution to a project value chain.
With a career spanning 32 plus years he has headed and managed projects across Europe, Africa, Middle East, Indian Ocean Islands and pan India. After an early 9-year stint with Thermax Ltd involved with WHRSG and EG high pressure boilers, cogeneration plants to R&D & ITC of absorption chillers. Binoy has worked on a multitude of hospitality projects with owning companies and multinational hospitality operators heading technical services and Projects both green field, brown field at sea and on land.
He has headed a Design and Project Management Consultancy firm engaged with Structural & Services Design discipline providing services pan India and abroad for the public and private sector. Having headed and managed firms with over 4000 + technical personnel and multiple cluster projects, Binoy’s skills on remote management of projects and man management skills while providing crucial expertise on design and construction and continuously innovating processes remains a hallmark.
